Creating Treatment Plans

Overview

With Chronicler’s AI assisted treatment plan workflow, you can voice record (or type) some important details about your client and have Chronicler compose a high-quality treatment plan for you!

Voice record a client summary

  1. Login to Chronicler.

  2. Open the left side menu, and click “Record a plan.”

  3. Click “Start recording” to begin a recording.

    Note

    Chronicler requires access to the microphone on your device to record your voice. Please click “allow” (or similar option for your browser) when your browser asks if Chronicler can access your microphone.

  4. Tell Chronicler about your client. We’ve included an outline of important info that you can include to ensure a high-quality result.

    Note

    Client summaries can be up to 5 minutes in length.

  5. Click the red button to stop the recording.

  6. Click “compose treatment plan” and Chronicler will compose a draft of your client’s treatment plan.

You’re all set! You can proofread and edit the composed plan and download it in PDF format for storing in your document system of choice.

Type a client summary

  1. Login to Chronicler.

  2. Open the left side menu, and click “Record a plan.”

  3. Click “Start recording” to begin.

  4. Click the “Skip recording” button to proceed without a recording.

  5. Type in some details about your client. We’ve included an outline of important info that you can include to ensure a high-quality result.

  6. Click “compose treatment plan” and Chronicler will compose a draft of your client’s treatment plan.

You’re all set! You can proofread and edit the composed plan and download it in PDF format for storing in your document system of choice.

Cancel a plan in progress

Click the “Cancel” button in the upper right corner of the screen to cancel a plan in progress.
